You can’t change the world if you think cornflakes is a nutritious breakfast. Let’s clean up your diet, reduce your cravings, build not only a better relationship with food, but an awesome, loving, respectful relationship. Together we move you from “I really don’t know what to eat anymore”, to “I’ve finally worked this whole diet and nutrition thing out”.
You need to move. You know it, I know it and yet it’s likely you are not. We look at what works for YOU – running, yoga, pilates, barre, tennis, walking, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), dancing in the living room to a playlist from the 80’s. It isn’t about smashing reps at the gym if thats not your bag, it’s about creating your personal exercise program that’s achievable, fun and gets results.
We create your personal meditation and mindfulness practice. We work on getting you into a flow state, reconnecting with your true self, finding the space to hear your inner voice and calming your central nervous system. It’s not about sitting on a meditation pillow for hours, it’s about reconnecting to you.
A number of things can throw our hormones out of whack – stress, over indulging, working too hard, partying too hard, anxiety, exposure to environmental toxins, too much sugar, exercising too hard, not sleeping enough. Think of your hormones as the messenger service of your body – they need to be in balance for us to be healthy and functioning at our best. We identify any area of your lifestyle that needs a hormonal intervention.

Right, this is not hippy woo-woo, space cadet kind of stuff, this is doing the deeper work. This is connecting to the universe and using your beautiful, magnificent mind to move this program from a nice lifestyle upgrade to holly hell this has changed my life. Absolutely! This is your specific nutrition plan based on your needs and requirements.
Do I need a gym membership to join?
Nope, no gym membership needed. We work to create a movement and exercise program that works for you.
What type of clients do you usually work with?
My clients are usually individuals who are motivated to improve their health. Typical goals include; increased energy, pain management, weight loss and stress reduction. I work with women who are trying to get pregnant and want to get their bodies in the best possible health to conceive, women who have given birth and are looking to get their energy and body back, women who are looking to loose the extra few kilograms but are struggling to make sense of all the conflicting information available, and generally anyone who needs help re-focusing their energy and prioritising their health.
How long until I will see results?
You will start to feel results quickly - in most cases almost immediately, but I currently work with a 90 day packages. We need this time together to be able to make long-term, sustainable change, and to get your functioning at your very best.
How much contact do we have in the 90 days?
Quite a bit! Each week we have a 45 minute face to face call, and I'm always available on chat and watsapp when you need; whether it's for motivation, to quickly check a recipe, for advice or questions or just to check in so you know you are not on this journey alone and that I am with you every step of the way.

What is the difference between a Health Coach and a Registered Dietician?
Generally speaking, Registered Dieticians (RD) are highly trained and work in conventional medical settings, such as hospitals and public health centres. Because they are dealing with serious health conditions like diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular problems, they are overseen by a governing body and need to adhere to a certain set of guidelines. This approach ensures a certain level of care, but doesn't take into account the non-dietary aspects of life that can facilitate or prevent healing. RD’s focus is usually on disease management and recovery, rather than achieving a higher level of health and wellness, and thriving in life.
What's the difference between a Personal Trainer and a Health Coach?
Generally speaking, personal trainers focus on exercise to help a client feel better, fitter or lose weight. Health Coaching is a more holistic approach focusing on nutrition, energy levels, movement and exercise, mindfulness, motivation and stress management.
What's the difference between a Life Coach and Health Coach?
Generally speaking, life coaches focus on life goals and motivation where as Health Coaches focus on all health improvement to get clients functioning at their very best - nutrition, movement and exercise, mindfulness, motivation, energy levels and stress management.
